Affiliate mode

Advanced Mode

Full content customization (keyword selection, structuring, integration of tables, lists, internal/external links, etc.)

Autopilot Mode

Automatic content generation and publishing, including:

  • Connection to sites (WordPress)
  • RSS feed analysis
  • Content extraction from YouTube

The platform also allows for external integrations (WordPress, YouTube, RSS feeds) and offers project management tools, persona customization, as well as a credit and subscription system.

3. Order and Service Access Procedures

Orders

Orders are placed exclusively online via the platform. The user selects the plan or number of credits corresponding to their needs and proceeds with payment using the available methods.

Access to Services

Upon payment validation, access to the services is immediate. The user will then be able to benefit from the chosen credits or subscription to generate content according to the available modes and options.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing

The applicable rates are those displayed on the Wisewand website at the time of order. They are indicated in euros excluding taxes (excl. VAT) and may be modified at any time without prior notice, while remaining applicable to previously validated orders.

Content is generated automatically from the data provided by the user. Wisewand does not guarantee its accuracy, relevance, originality, or timeliness.

No Warranty

The service is provided ‘as is,’ without express or implied warranty. Wisewand does not guarantee that the services will meet the user’s specific needs.

Liability

The user uses the service at their own risk and agrees to release Wisewand and its partners from all liability for any damages or losses.

7. Intellectual Property

Algorithms and Methods

The technologies, methods, and tools used remain the exclusive property of Wisewand or its partners.

Generated Content

The generated content is transferred to the user once the order is validated. However, this transfer comes with no guarantee of originality or exclusivity.

8. Suspension and Termination

Breach of Terms and Conditions

In the event of a breach of these General Terms and Conditions, Wisewand may suspend or terminate access to the services without prior notice or compensation.

Termination by the User

The user may terminate their subscription at any time, without refund for unused periods.

Support is available via integrated chat or email. All requests will be analyzed, but no refunds are possible, regardless of the reason.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
